Working with youth since her teenage years, as peer leader and camp counselor, she enjoys affecting positive change in another's life.

"Our young people are our future and need a chance to see what the world has to offer them." For the past 9 years she had been a mentor with The Riverside church, involved with youth in several programs including Rites of Passage. She also serves as program coordinator for the annual Career Day, now in its 15th year.

Ms. Saunders has worked for the past 18 years at a leading brokerage firm in which she currently manages the Custody Services group. She resides in New York and strives to touch, move and inspire our future to greatness.
